HR & Office Assistant
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing local HR services (preparation of contracts documents, handling employees’ benefits, Onboarding and Offboarding, managing HRIS system, creating internal regulations, etc.)
Coordinating closely with external Payroll Service provider to manage the payroll process
Cooperating with Talent Acquisition Team regarding recruitment process
Synchronizing the procedures with other offices within the Group
Organizing internal and/or external events (ex. Xmas events, meetings with clients, job fairs, etc.)
Coordinating closely with external vendors and service providers/suppliers (including reviewing contracts)
Managing administrative side of the agency (correspondence, mailing, scheduling meetings, managing reception, etc.)
Cooperating with IT Department to manage the technical equipment and the stock
Ensure reception area, conference rooms, all common areas are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
SOFT SKILLS:
Communicating with clear and empathetic approach (both verbal and written)
Explaining policies and resolving conflicts diplomatically
Creating trust environment
Handling organizational changes smoothly
Maintaining confidentiality
