Project Manager
We are looking for a passionate and experienced MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Project Manager to join our team.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) projects for our clients. Under the guidance of the PMO, you’ll plan and execute project activities, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination. Acting as a key point of contact, you’ll work to maintain alignment between internal teams and client expectations, while assisting in the management of risks, timelines, and quality standards to contribute to overall project success.
What you'll do:
- Support the execution of MES implementation and support projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate the project team by tracking progress, and fostering a supportive environment that promotes efficiency, collaboration, and well-being.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing any conflicts constructively.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, solution validation, and client workshops alongside senior team members.
- Monitor project progress (plan vs. actual), resolve obstacles, adjust plans as needed, and escalate issues when needed.
- Contribute to ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Support user training, go-live planning, and post-implementation follow-up.
- Manage the project by tracking progress and supporting performance to ensure maximum efficiency and optimal time utilization.
- Collaborate with the PMO and project leads to refine delivery methodologies and internal best practices.
What we are looking for:
Project Management Methodologies
- Experience with Agile and SCRUM practices, including facilitation of ceremonies and backlog management.
- Familiarity with traditional (Waterfall) project management approaches.
- Strong planning, organization, and execution skills across diverse project types.
Technical Expertise in MES (Plus)
- Understanding of MES systems and their role in manufacturing environments.
- Experience with MES integration, configuration, and deployment
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage client expectations and build trust-based relationships.
- Clear communicator with negotiation and conflict resolution awareness.
Performance Tracking & Risk Management
- Ability to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proactive in identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Comfortable with change management and adapting plans in dynamic environments.

Education
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
